New Futanari Filter

It's not a big deal. I'd like to put that right out there now, while everyone is still weighing on it. The filter is not an attempt to run futa art and futa artists off the site, nor is it a commentary on your work or you as a person. Relax.

The filters are not to block your work from everybody else, but to ensure that if someone DOESN'T want to see Futa they don't run across it. Now if they come to your pics it was because they more or less chose to. This will not only cut down on people who aren't in to it seeing something "they don't like" but will also help to keep any douchebaggery from such people to a minimum. Now if someone has something stupid to say about it, (as I've seen in a good number of futa pic comments) they really don't have a leg to stand on. With a filter they're more or less going out of their way to harass you and can be dealt with in such a manner.

I understand Futanari is not for everyone, it's a niche. Hell I've been in to it for a while but until recently didn't have the courage to DO such work and put it up on a public venue. This community has actually helped to support me and bolster my courage to post such things. If it weren't for some of the people I met here I wouldn't work with it. I like doing other stuff yes, but because Futa has that "new" quality to it right now it seems to be what I do a lot of.

So to anyone who identifies as a Futa Artist of any sort, just relax. You're not being blackballed or shunned. Filters cover the bases for all people involved and keep it civil. If you've seen some people expressing negative opinions on it, stay cool, not everyone's in to the same stuff and I really doubt that it was a commentary on you as a person. And I really doubt that people complain just because "futa pics are getting more views" or some such nonsense.

If anyone is wondering what the slippery slope will bring us to, well..... more filters. Duh. It'll allow people to more customize the viewing experience they have on here at hArtists. One of the great things I find about this site is its focus on its community and it's attempts to sincerely do right by them. Giving people MORE options for how they go about their navigation and viewing is not a bad thing. So for the last time guys....

Some Relief

A short update on my so called "Drama"....because serious legal and financial issues are just Drama to flakey tarts welching on their obligations. Seriously, go check her DA journal to see how everything has been brushed off in such a casual manner. And in an edited journal, so as not to generate a new one that comes up on anyone's alerts. Hiding like that only lends evidence to a guilty conscience and the knowledge that someone did something wrong. Of course she won't see it that way I'm sure.

So I had a long talk with the landlord regarding the situation with the room mate who skipped town. He'll be handling it accordingly on his end but he's not going to compel her to pay because the legal fees of prosecuting someone all the way in Oregon far out weigh what he could gain on the last remaining monthes of rent. I can't blame him, its pretty logical really. So she's gone, doesn't have to pay her rent and she gets the small satisfaction of having beat the system I guess.

Except for the blight on her credit report. The landlord CAN do that without a cost, and any loaner or future leaser who looks in to her history hear on will see that lil miss Kelly can't ride out a year long lease.

I've explained to the landlord what the deal was, and he does NOT consider my girlfriend to be a sublet as well.... shes not subletting. She's living in my room with me which is constituted as a separate unit to be paid for per the terms and conditions of the lease. With the other unit unused there is no sublet. No paper work exists that such a sublet happens. While I tried to get one, it's just not happening in this town. And while she may swear up and down that she isn't obligated to pay a thing, the contract says she is.

Just because you get away with something, doesn't make it ok.

The landlord has agreed to take her security deposit and use it to pay her portion of the rent for next month (which I paid), and then I've allowed my security deposit to be used for the month after on her behalf while I pay my own portion. Which brings us up to the end of the lease. I lose the 1400 unfortunately but I still have a place to live I guess.

However the portion of the money she still owes me from what I lent her has basically evaporated. She's proven her word means nothing and shes content to take my money. While she did leave a 32 inch LCD TV, the cost of it came out to like... 450 dollars I think. This covers a portion of what she owes me. But there is still a bundle I'm losing on the remainder. I guess in her mind this is a fair trade...

The landlord has also agreed to lower the Rent should I re sign the lease, and he would allow me to be the sole name on the contract, while at the same time giving me the power to lease out the other room as I see fit. Kind of cool but if I can't find anyone it does me no good. Even at the new lowered rate I couldn't afford it alone. That status of my school loans is dubious at best, and I'm supposed to be leaving my current job in the fall. It's not lookin good but maybe I can secure loans elsewhere.

So thats where everything stands, I'm screwed yes with a chance of future screwing. But for the time being I have a place to live. I guess I can thank god for small favors.
